Resident fonts have been used to replace the specialized fonts, but you may notice a few variations or irregularities in your printout. The files were formatted for output to a 100 percent PostScript(tm)-compatible print device (such as an Apple(r) LaserWriter(r) II NTX printer or a Linotronic typesetter) with at least 5MB of memory. The line and page breaks may be affected by the printer driver and the dots-per-inch (dpi) setting you select. The line and page breaks are based on the Linotronic(tm) printer driver and a 300 dpi setting. The Linotronic printer driver can be used with any 100 percent PostScript-compatible printer. If you use an emulated PostScript printer, some of the text and art may print incorrectly or not at all.
